Health Guarantee: Your puppy has
been examined by a licensed veterinarian for its overall health and congenital
defects and is guaranteed to be free of these defects. It is recommended that you have your puppy
checked by your veterinarian within one week of purchase. If your veterinarian finds the puppy is not
as described above, please request a written statement from your veterinarian
on letterhead describing problem. At that
time, you may return the puppy and the AKC registration for a full refund or
exchange. Health guarantee is void after
one week, as environmental conditions and exposure to other animals may cause
health-related problems or illnesses.
Hip Guarantee: Your puppy may be replaced if the Orthopedic
Foundation for Animals finds this dog severely dysplastic (you may receive a
new puppy or 50% refund of original cost of your puppy [original cost of puppy
$_______]).

No animal will be guaranteed that was used for breeding.

No animal will be guaranteed that has had a traumatic
leg/hip injury or accident.

Animal must be with original owner.
4.
The animal must not be over the age of 26 months.

The dysplastic animal must be spayed/neutered and a letter
from your veterinarian received stating such.
6.
You have up to five years to pick up a replacement puppy of
equal value.
